1. Job responsibilities:
1. Take all active and effective measures to stabilize old customers, open up new users, complete and exceed the sales plan and capital return plan, and control the working capital within the company's specified range;
2. Do a good job in product sales and information feedback, and timely report to the company and departments the market information in the area under its jurisdiction (or in charge of the product), and be able to make their own suggestions;
3. Maintain the company's image and strictly observe the company's sales strategies and technical secrets;
4. Strictly abide by the company's various management systems and sales management regulations;
5. Assist new product developers to do new product market research and new product application tests;
6. Make the sales work log in time, and log in the relevant manager account, make a summary of the sales work at the end of each month and arrange the work plan for the next month;
7. Complete temporary tasks assigned by the company and departments;
8. Strengthen the learning of professional knowledge, continuously improve one's own business level, and establish a good interactive relationship with customers.
2. Main powers:
1. Have the right to quote in the sales area (or product in charge) specified by the company and above the specified price list;
2. The sample value is less than 50 yuan and has the right to decide whether to donate it or not;
3. Class A users have the right to decide on shipment;
4. The right to access relevant sales materials in the specified area and view relevant product quality materials;
3. The quality requirements of the corresponding positions:
1. Have good professional ethics and accomplishments, have the ability to continue learning, and the spirit of bearing hardships and stand hard work;
2. Have a bachelor degree or above in marketing, or chemistry, or biology, or business English, and have more than one year of actual work experience;
3. Have a college degree or above, the above majors, and have more than three years of actual work experience in this industry or this post;
4. Good learning ability, familiarity to quickly understand the technical performance of the company's products, a certain market development ability, and a wide range of external social skills;
4. Treatment:
1. Salary: The probation period is 3 months, the transition salary during the probation period is about 4,000 yuan, and the probation period is over, and you can officially start the job. The income is generally not less than 5,000 yuan/month. The company’s performance salary appraisal plan, with no upper limit on income;
2. Insurance: After the formal employment, the company will pay the five insurances and commercial accident insurance in full;
